A valid credit card is required to secure all bookings. Full payment for your stay is due upon check-in. A security deposit of $100 CAD is required prior to check-in and must be placed on the same credit card used for the reservation. Please note that prepaid cards may be declined for security deposit purposes. All rates are quoted in Canadian dollars and are subject to change without prior notice. Applicable taxes and fees will be added to your total. All payments made for reservations are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation where no charge or a partial charge applies, the amount paid will be retained as credit toward future reservations at the Property. ## Room Assignment and Property Representation Room photographs, descriptions, amenities, and features on our website and on third-party platforms are illustrative. Actual rooms may differ in layout, furnishings, finishes, views, and equipment. Amenities and features may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, repairs, or operational reasons. We may reassign your reserved room to another room of the same or comparable category at our sole discretion for operational needs (including maintenance, overbooking recovery, safety, or house management). Such reassignment does not entitle you to a refund, credit, price reduction, or cancellation without penalty. A no-show forfeits the entire reservation amount. No refund and no credit toward a future stay is provided for no-shows. ## Guest Conduct All guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and considerate manner toward other guests, staff members, and the Property itself. Any behavior deemed inappropriate, including but not limited to harassment, excessive noise disturbance, or intentional damage to property, will result in immediate eviction from the premises without refund of any payments made. ## Room Occupancy Maximum room occupancy limits must be strictly adhered to as specified at the time of booking. Additional guests beyond the original reservation may be subject to supplementary charges and must be approved by management in advance. ## Children and Extra Beds Children of all ages are welcome at La Maison du Mile-End. Children under the age of 6 may stay free of charge when using existing bedding in the room.
