Delete your account

The Maison Mile-End app deletes your account outright, and it takes effect the moment you confirm. The login is destroyed, not disabled — there is no waiting period and no way to reactivate it. • Guests: open the app, go to Account, and choose Delete account. • Staff: open More, and choose Delete account. The app is on the App Store and on Google Play. If you no longer have it installed, use the email route below instead.

Write to info@maisonmileend.ca with "Delete my account" as the subject, from the address you booked or signed in with. We confirm the address is yours, delete the account, and reply to tell you it is done — within 30 days, and normally the same business day. If you write from a different address, we will ask for something that ties you to the booking first, because otherwise anyone could delete anyone.

• Your login, and your password with it. • Your profile — name, display name and role. • The personal details on your guest record: name, email address, phone number, dietary preferences, notes and tags. • Your marketing consent and notification settings, and every device registered to send you push notifications. • Any door access codes and pending invitations attached to you.

Deleting an account does not erase the property's business records, and the law does not permit it to. • Bookings, invoices and payment records are kept for at least seven years for tax and accounting purposes. Once your account is gone they no longer carry your name or your contact details. • Our security log keeps a reference to the deleted account that cannot be resolved back to a person. That is what an audit trail is for, and payment-security rules require it to outlive the account. • Recordings and transcripts of calls with the front desk are not removed automatically. Ask us and we will erase them.
